A Philosophy of Healing
"A visit to a medical professional can often leave us feeling unheard. Too often the focus is on numbers on a lab test and not on how we are actually feeling and functioning. My treatments focus on addressing the underlying causes of a condition in addition to alleviating any current discomfort. I want my patients to leave my office feeling better in the moment, and with a plan of action for the future. I want relief to be fast and long-lasting and I want my patients to understand what they can do to be a part of their healing.
As a licensed practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), I focus on the whole person. The complex factors that create illness or pain require an in-depth understanding of the patient - not just a cursory medical history and exam. Successful treatment demands that I take the time to truly listen to my patients. This allows me to help my patients unravel the story that brought them to my office and help them figure out how, together, we can get them feeling better.
Disease and discomfort can make any of us feel disempowered and helpless. Medical approaches often intensify these feelings. We leave the doctor’s office disconnected from our bodies and powerless in our own healing. The way to combat this is through education. The one-on-one time I spend with my patients ensures that their concerns are addressed, questions answered, and they leave better informed about their treatment and their bodies. With knowledge comes clarity and hope. Through education, I can help satisfy my own passion to empower all my patients to live rewarding and healthy lives."

What Patients are Saying
"Cindy Rosenberg is a fantastic acupuncturist who always goes the extra mile and makes sure that the care she is providing is what you need. She has helped me with acute back pain, years ago, when my son was little and I needed to hold him a lot. The relief was immediate. That was my first time as her patient and I will never forget the relief. She has cared for my aching body ever since and always provides insight, always takes the time to explain. I will always trust her expertise and skills."
-Chrystele P.

"Cindy is an amazing healer. She helped me through a very difficult pregnancy and after the birth of my second child to get healthy and strong again. I would highly recommend her to all ages. She is also a great listener and goes over and above to heal and help."
-Melissa I.
"She is my absolute go-to health care professional, whether it's chronic pain, allergies, seasonal illness, etc. There is no limit to Cindy's ability and knowledge, but it's her empathy and understanding that really sets her apart, and makes her something special."
-Shoshanna H.
About Cindy
Cindy Rosenberg moved to Saratoga Springs, NY from Los Angeles, CA in 2021. She practiced in LA for 18 years, with a very busy practice on the west side of the city. Cindy is well-known for her unique combination of body work and needles, bringing an acupuncture session to a whole new level. She has found over nearly 20 years of practice that the combination of these two modalities, along with other techniques like gua sha and cupping, is far superior to using either of them on their own when it comes to breaking patterns of chronic pain and illness, Cindy is also a highly-trained herbalist and has worked with countless patients to help heal gut issues, balance mood and hormones, combat allergies and resolve other chronic illnesses. She has always enjoyed working closely with physicians to create a complementary healing program for her patients.
Cindy trained in California at Yo San University, where she graduated with honors with a Master's in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Prior to this Cindy was a working massage therapist in LA and had a BA from Hampshire College in Amherst, MA and also attended Brandeis University in Waltham, MA. Cindy holds her diplomate in Oriental Medicine from the NCCAOM and has received years of advanced body work training from Esalen Institute in Big Sur, CA.
